stipulate to an extension of time in which to continue the deadline for VDRP to September 30,

2011. Defendant, Anita Lack, principle of Lack Family Investments, LP will be out of the
25
county for the month of July, 2011 the current deadline for completing VDRP. A continuance
26
to September 30, 2011 for the VDRP will give the parties ample time to complete the VDRP.

No other changes in the current pretrial scheduling are required.
