On March 29, 2010, plaintiff's counsel, Ms. Sharon Lapin, was ordered to show cause why she should not be sanctioned in the amount of $150.00 for failing to file an opposition brief or notice of non-opposition to defendants' pending motions to dismiss. The court ordered counsel to file her response to the Order to Show Cause on or before May 7, 2010. Plaintiff's counsel filed her response to the Order to Show Cause on May 7, 2010, and the court does not find good cause to discharge the Order to Show Cause. the following orders: 1. Ms. Lapin shall pay sanctions in the amount of $150.00. Payment should be in the form of a check made payable to the Clerk of the Court.
