PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a), plaintiff Charles Nagel and Defendant ADI Shuttle Group, LLC, (collectively the "Parties") through their respective counsel, stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of all plaintiff's claims against defendant.
