On February 16, 2011, 17 this court ordered all discovery stayed in light of the court’s recommendation that this action be 18 dismissed for failure to state a civil rights claim. On February 16, 2011, defendant Mitchell filed 19 a joinder in defendant Guerrero’s motion for protective order seeking a stay of discovery. 20 Plaintiff filed an opposition on March 16, 2011. Because the court issued a stay of all discovery 21 pending resolution of the findings and recommendations, defendant’s joinder is unnecessary, and 22 plaintiff’s opposition is disregarded.
