The Scheduling Conference currently set for June 7, 2010 shall be vacated, as well as the requirement that the parties file status reports not later than ten (10) days preceding the conference. 2. The Scheduling Conference shall be reset concurrently with or following the Court's ruling on the pending motions to a date not less than thirty days following the issuance of such ruling.
