This amount 23 re p re se n ts compensation for all legal services rendered on behalf of Plaintiff, to date, by 24 c o u n se l in connection with this civil action, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2412. 25 T h i s stipulation constitutes a compromise settlement of Plaintiff's request for EAJA 26 a tto rn e y fees, and does not constitute an admission of liability on the part of Defendant 27 u n d e r the EAJA.
