Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge's orders shall be upheld unless "clearly erroneous or contrary to law." The court has already affirmed the magistrate judge's February 11, 2010 order in the context of defendants' motion for reconsideration regarding discovery issues. For clarity's sake, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the portion of the magistrate judge's February 11, 2010 denying plaintiff's motion for protection of legal property, is affirmed.
