The motion to compel with respect to request for production of documents, Numbers 9 and 12 is denied, but with the understanding that Ms. Devencenzi will make arrangements promptly through the litigation coordinator at plaintiff's institution for law library access for plaintiff, so plaintiff may review the administrative materials covered by these requests. The motion to compel with respect to request for production of documents, Number 13, is granted, limited to sign-in sheets for May 29, June 2 and June 3, 2003; Ms. Devencenzi will provided these to plaintiff within 45 days.
