Vadas to conduct a settlement conference at California State Prison, Solano (CSP-SOL), on July 8, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. The court will vacate the pretrial conference date set in the Further Scheduling Order, filed on April 19, 2010 (docket # 73), to accommodate the settlement conference and will re-schedule it herein, should the case not settle.
