Hollows on 03/04/10 ordering defendants are to produce in electronic form, within 30 days, parole hearing transcripts for 50% of the 6200 lifer inmates on defendants' list referenced at hearing, b eginning with no. 1, and producing the transcript thereafter for every other inmate on the list (in other words, producing the transcript for those inmates on the list whose list number would be 1, 3, 5,7, et seq); in addition, defendants are to prod uce the list of 6200 inmates itself to plaintiffs within the same time period.
