On appeal, plaintiff was represented by attorney Cynthia Larsen. On February 11, 2010, this action was set for pretrial conference on March 25, 2010, and for jury trial on April 26, 2010. The court assumed that attorney Larsen would continue to represent plaintiff at trial.
