On January 28, 2016, the magistrate judge 20 issued findings and recommendations recommending dismissal of Defendants Audrey King and Phil 21 Lam, M.D., from this action for failure to state a claim. (ECF No. 13.) Plaintiff was provided an 22 opportunity to file objections within fourteen (14) days after service. (Id. at 2.) More than fourteen 23 (14) days have passed and no objections were filed. 24 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 305, this Court 25 has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds 26 the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and proper analysis. 27 /// 28 /// 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1. 3 4 5 The Findings and Recommendations issued on January 28, 2016 (ECF No. 13) are ADOPTED in full; and 2.
