The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 18 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 19 On August 21, 2012, the Magistrate Judge filed a Findings and Recommendations 20 recommending that Plaintiff’s motions for injunctive relief be denied. (ECF No. 12.) Plaintiff has 21 filed objections to the Findings and Recommendations. (ECF No. 14.) 22 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(c) and Local Rule 305, this 23 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
