Pursuant to the Court’s November 18, 2011, order granting Defendants’ motion to 18 dismiss, Plaintiffs’ amended complaint is due on December 9, 2011. Plaintiff request a continuance 19 because “the causes of action remain unsettled.” 20 Defendants filed a statement of non-opposition on November 22, 2011. 21 Accordingly, Plaintiffs’ request is GRANTED. The Scheduling Conference CONTINUED 22 to January 18, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom 9.
