Wanger. The Order withdrew Judge 18 Wanger’s assignment to the action and ordered the parties to affirmatively indicate whether they 19 would consent or decline to the jurisdiction of the assigned United States Magistrate Judge. The 20 parties were ordered to complete and file a Consent/Decline form within thirty (30) days. As of 21 the date of this order to show cause, the State of California, The Chris and Carrie Capriotti 22 Family Trust and The Oakview Trust have not filed the required form. 23 Accordingly, the State of California, The Chris and Carrie Capriotti Family Trust and The 24 Oakview Trust are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, if any they have, why sanctions should not 25 be imposed for failing to comply with the Court’s September 14, 2011, Order. The parties 26 SHALL file a written response to this Order to Show Cause within twenty (20) days of the date 27 of service of this Order. Alternatively, the parties may comply with this Order to Show Cause by 28 1 1 filing the required Consent/Decline form within twenty (20) days of the date of service of this 2 Order. 3 4 IT IS SO ORDERED.
