DATE OF JUNE 20, 2011, AND
TAKING MATTER UNDER
SUBMISSION
17
18
Defendant Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. has noticed for hearing and decision a motion
19
to dismiss. The matter was scheduled for hearing to be held on June 20, 2011. Pursuant to Local
20
Rule 230(c), Plaintiffs were required to file either an opposition or a notice of non-opposition no
21
later than June 6, 2011. Plaintiffs failed to do so.
22
Due to Plaintiffs’ failure to file a timely opposition or notice of non-opposition, they are
23
in violation of the Local Rules. Plaintiffs are further not entitled to be heard at oral argument in
24
opposition to the motion. See Local Rule 230(c). The court has reviewed Defendant’s motion
25
and the applicable law, and has determined that the motion is suitable for decision without oral
26
argument. See Local Rule 230(g).
