Plaintiff David M. David (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma
16
pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On May 25, 2011, Plaintiff filed
17
a motion for a thirty day extension of time to file an objection to the findings and recommendations
18
issued May 10, 2011. Good cause having been presented to the Court and GOOD CAUSE
19
APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted thirty (30) days
20
from the date of service of this order in which file objections to the findings and recommendations.
