Severson (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 On November 11, 2010, Plaintiff filed a motion seeking the issuance of a preliminary 20 injunction and temporary restraining order prohibiting prison officials from making changes to his 21 pain medication. 22 recommendations recommending the denial of Plaintiff’s request. (ECF No. 24.) Plaintiff filed 23 Objections to these findings and recommendations on March 23, 2011. (ECF No. 29.) In his 24 Objections, Plaintiff states that he is “no longer seeking a ‘Temporary Restraining Order’ or a 25 ‘Preliminary Injunction’”. The Court regards this statement as a request to withdraw the motion for 26 injunctive relief. 27 ////// 28 ///// (ECF No. 2.)
