Plaintiff Michael McNeil, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed this

civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on September 23, 2010. On June 21, 2011, Plaintiff
17
filed a motion seeking leave to file a second amended complaint.1

Plaintiff’s motion is HEREBY GRANTED and the Clerk’s Office is DIRECTED to file
Plaintiff’s proposed second amended complaint.
