Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus

pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.

Respondent filed an answer to the petition on February 11, 2011. Petitioner has
18
repeatedly filed requests for Respondent to provide a copy of the evidentiary hearing conducted
19
in the Kings County Superior Court beginning on March 3, 2009 and concluding on March 20,
20
2009. The Court hereby directs Respondent to file a response addressing Petitioner’s request
21
within fifteen (15) days from the date of service of this order.
