Wanger. The Order withdrew Judge 14 Wanger’s assignment to the action and ordered the parties to affirmatively indicate whether they 15 would consent or decline to the jurisdiction of the assigned United States Magistrate Judge. The 16 parties were ordered to complete and file a Consent/Decline form within thirty (30) days. Over 17 thirty (30) days have passed and all parties have not filed the required form. 18 Accordingly, the Plaintiffs have not filed the form are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, if 19 any they have, why sanctions should not be imposed for failing to comply with the Court’s 20 September 14, 2011, Order. The Plaintiffs SHALL file a written response to this Order to Show 21 Cause within twenty (20) days of the date of service of this Order.
