See Court’s Docket, Doc. No. 74. 20 On November 29, 2011, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations that 21 the application be GRANTED. See id., Doc. No. 133. The Findings and Recommendations 22 were served on all parties and contained notice that any objections were to be filed within 23 fourteen (14) days of the date of service. More than fourteen (14) days have passed and no 24 objections have been filed. 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted a 26 de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds that the 27 Findings and Recommendations are supported by the record and proper analysis. 28 Dockets.Justia.com 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1. 3 4 IN FULL; 2. 5 6 The Findings and Recommendations dated November 29, 2011, are ADOPTED Defendant Youth With a Mission-Ahualani’s application for determination of good faith settlement is GRANTED; 3.
