Plaintiff’s letter (Doc. 19) is DEEMED to be Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendation (Doc. 18). 16 3. This matter is SET for an in-court hearing on May 27, 17 2011, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 7 on the Sixth Floor of the 18 Robert E.
