On June 15, 2011, the parties filed a stipulation requesting that the Court

issue an order awarding Plaintiff $4,200 in fees and costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C.

2412(d) and 28 U.S.C. § 1920.

issue an amended order as the parties seemingly agreed to an incorrect amount of

amended order award Plaintiff $3,800 in fees and costs. (Doc. 21.)
