The Court issued an order to show cause on May 16 11, 2010, requiring Plaintiff to demonstrate why this action should not be dismissed for failure to 17 prosecute. 18 On May 18, 2010, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement. Accordingly, the Order to Show 19 Cause is DISCHARGED. Plaintiff SHALL file dispositional documents within thirty (30) days 20 of the date of service of this order. If Plaintiff fails to file dispositional papers pursuant to this 21 order, the failure may be grounds for the imposition of sanctions.
