On February 6, 2013, Plaintiffs Hector Montero
20 Hernandez and Gladys Campos Hernandez ("Plaintiffs")
21 filed a complaint against Defendants County of Riverside,
22 Riverside County Department of Child Protective Services,
23 Susan Loew, Debra Ireland, Agatha Lowder, Teresa Soloman
24 Billings, Jesus Haro, and fictitious entities
25 (collectively, "Defendants").
(Compl., Doc. No. 1.)
To
26 date, Plaintiffs have failed to file proofs of service as
27 to any of the Defendants.

On July 12, 2013, the Court issued an order to show
2 cause by July 23, 2013 why the case should not be
3 dismissed for lack of prosecution.
(Doc. No. 3.)
The
4 Court put Plaintiffs on notice that failure to respond to
5 the order would be deemed consent to the dismissal of the
6 action.
(Id.)
As of the date of this Order, Plaintiffs
7 have not responded to the order to show cause, nor have
8 they filed the required proofs of service.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs'
10 Complaint WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
The Court orders that such
11 judgment be entered.
