(Compl., Doc. No. 1.) To 26 date, Plaintiffs have failed to file proofs of service as 27 to any of the Defendants. 28 1 On July 12, 2013, the Court issued an order to show 2 cause by July 23, 2013 why the case should not be 3 dismissed for lack of prosecution. (Doc. No. 3.) The 4 Court put Plaintiffs on notice that failure to respond to 5 the order would be deemed consent to the dismissal of the 6 action. (Id.) As of the date of this Order, Plaintiffs 7 have not responded to the order to show cause, nor have 8 they filed the required proofs of service. 9 Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs' 10 Complaint WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
