On May 21, 2012, this Court entered an Order granting the motion of
3 defendant WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., also known as Wachovia Mortgage, a
4 division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger with Wells Fargo Bank
5 Southwest, N.A., f/k/a Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB
6 (erroneously sued as “Wells Fargo Bank aka Wachovia”) (“Wells Fargo”), to
7 dismiss plaintiff’s Complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of
8 Civil Procedure. In accordance with that Order:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

This action is dismissed with prejudice.

Plaintiff Noah Turley will take nothing from defendant Wells Fargo in
this action; and

As the prevailing party, defendant Wells Fargo may submit an
