Pursuant to the stipulation for entry of a protective order governing
confidentiality of the parties, and for good cause shown,

IT IS ORDERED that the parties’ stipulation is approved and shall be the

Order of the Court. A copy of the parties’ stipulation is attached to this Order and

its terms incorporated by reference. For the parties’ clarification, any request for

any request to file material under seal with the Court (paragraph 10) shall comply

with the provisions of Local Rule 79-5.
