Petitioner 20 has not filed Objections to the R&R despite having been given notice and an 21 opportunity to do so. Further, on November 10,2011, the Clerk of the Court served 22 copies of the R&R in envelopes that were mailed to all parties at each party's last 23 known address. However, on November 21, 2011, the United States Postal Service 24 returned as undeliverable the envelope mailed to Petitioner's last known prison 25 address. The inmate locator for the Federal Bureau of Prisons ("BOP"), which is 26 available at http://www.bop.gov, also reports Petitioner was released from the BOP's 27 custody on November 9,2011. In violation ofLocal Rule 41-6, Petitioner has failed to 28 notify the Court ofhis current address and telephone number within fifteen days ofthe Dockets.Justia.com 1 date the R&R was served.
