in Lending Act (“TILA”), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendants shall

have judgment in their favor against Plaintiff on his claims for violation of FDCPA, TILA,
