Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Commission and against Defendant Douglas Gravink, Defendant Gary Hewitt, and the Corporate Defendants, jointly and s everally, for equitable monetary relief, including but not limited to consumer redress, in the amount of two hundred eighty million, sixty-seven thousand, five hundred thirty-five dollars ($280,067.535), which is the amount of injury suffered by consumers, or unjust enrichment obtained by Defendants, in connection with practices alleged in Count 7 of the Complaint.
