Collins: Plaintiff shall have judgment in the principal sum of $245,937.23 together with interest in the sum of $85,842.17 accuring at the rate of 10 percent (10%) per annum from 5/27/08 to 10/13/08, attorneys fees and costs in the sum of $11,004.97 for a total judgment of $342,784.37 to be paid in accordance with the terms of the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment which is attached hereto as Exhibit J and made part hereof by this reference.
