Snyder: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant Terchi Liao a/k/a Nelson Liao is liable for disgorgement of $2,030,796.84, representing ill-gotten gains or profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, together with prejudgment interest thereon in the amount of $134,566.50, fo r a total of $2,165,363.34. The Securities and Exchange Commission may enforce the Court's judgment for disgorgement and prejudgment interest by moving for civil contempt at any time after ten days following entry of this Final Judgment. De fendant shall pay a civil penalty in the amount of $130,000 pursuant to Section 20(d) of the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C. Section 77t(d), and Section 219d)(3) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. Section 78u(d)(3). Defendant sh all make this payment within ten business day after entry of this Final Judgment to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Defendant Liao is permanently prohibited from acting as an officer or director of any issuer that has a class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 781, or that is required to file reports pursuant to Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 78o(d). See document for details. (gk)
