It Is Further Ordered that the following summary judgment properties are dismissed from these consolidated cases in CV 04-2788, CV 04-3386, and CV 05-3910 (see document for details). It Is Hereby Ordered that the 5/22/07 stay of the 3/14/07 final judgment is lifted; It Is Further Ordered that the 3/14/07 judgment shall be enforced and executed forthwith. (mg)
