Plaintiffs CONLAMIC are aware that the Friendly House plaintiffs, No. CV 10-1061PHX-JWS, have filed a proposed memorandum of law for preliminary injunction in this matter, and plaintiffs agree with the arguments set forth by Plaintiffs Friendly House in such motion. 5. Plaintiffs CONLAMIC look forward to participating in oral argument regarding the preliminary injunction.
