Neither plaintiff nor defendants have filed objections to the magistrate judge s report and recommendation. After careful consideration of the record in this case and the magistrate judge s report and recommendation, the court hereby REJECTS as MOOT the proposed objective prong analysis relating to Plaintiff s Title VII sexual harassment claim (Doc. 46 at 20-24), but otherwise ADOPTS the report of the magistrate judge, including specifically the alternative and independent basis supporting summary Page 1 of 2 judgment. (Id. at 24-27). The court further ACCEPTS the recommendations of the magistrate judge with respect to the dismissal of Plaintiff s Title VII sexual harassment claim with prejudice and the dismissal of her state law claims without prejudice. A separate order in conformity with this Memorandum Opinion will be entered contemporaneously herewith. DONE and ORDERED this the 11th day of October, 2012.
