United States v. Goodwin, No. 12-2175 (8th Cir. 2013)Annotate this Case
Defendant was convicted of attempted transportation of a minor with the intent to engage in sexual activity. The court held that there was sufficient evidence to convict defendant and the district court properly denied his Rule 29 motion. The court also held that the district court did not err in its jury instruction on the theories involving child pornography. Accordingly, the court affirmed the judgment.
The court issued a Revised version of this opinion on May 28, 2013.
