PER CURIAM: Christopher Brit Beebe seeks to appeal his conviction and 97-month sentence for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(E) (2012), and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A)(i) (2012). In its brief, the Government argues that the appeal should be dismissed as barred by Beebe’s waiver of the right to appeal included in the plea agreement. Upon review of the plea agreement and the transcript of the Fed. R. Crim.
