Sweat appeals the district court s order rejecting Sweat s the 42 magistrate U.S.C. ยง 1983 judge s (2006) recommendation to complaint failure for dismiss to exhaust, granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants, and dismissing the action. reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. (D.S.C. Apr. 29, We have reviewed the record and find no Sweat v. Williams, No. 9:09-cv-02041-HFF 2010).
