Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 70 F.3d 1264 (4th Cir. 1995) Submitted: November 16, 1995. Decided: November 30, 1995

Ronnie C. Williams, Appellant Pro Se. Silas Bent Taylor, Deputy Attorney General, Jacquelyn Irwin Custer, Office of the Attorney General of West Virginia, Charleston, WV, for Appellee.

Before MICHAEL and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant seeks to appeal the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Williams v. Trent, No. CA-94-640-6 (S.D.W. Va. May 11, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
