MEMORANDUM** 

Paul Broadwell appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment dismissal of his Bivens action against Richard H. Weare, Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, as barred by the statute of limitations. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm for the reasons set forth in the district court's order filed January 19, 1995, as amended by its order of February 1, 1995.
