Raymond P. Shaw, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Officer Haga; C. Simmerman; Officer Lowell; Department Ofcorrections; Nurse Hylton, Defendants-appellees, 48 F.3d 1217 (4th Cir. 1995)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 48 F.3d 1217 (4th Cir. 1995) Submitted: February 16, 1995. Decided: March 9, 1995

Raymond P. Shaw, Appellant Pro Se. Mark Ralph Davis, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF VIRGINIA, Richmond, VA; Peter Duane Vieth, WOOTEN & HART, P.C., Roanoke, VA, for Appellees.

Before HAMILTON and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's orders denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinions discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Shaw v. Haga, No. CA-93-766 (W.D. Va. June 2 & Aug. 8, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
