Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit - 39 F.3d 1189 (9th Cir. 1994) Submitted Nov. 1, 1994. *Decided Nov. 8, 1994

Before: WALLACE, Chief Judge, GOODWIN and NORRIS, Circuit Judges.

MEMORANDUM**

Robbin Bradley Cook appeals his conviction and 46-month sentence following his guilty plea to unarmed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), Cook's counsel filed a brief stating that he finds no arguable issues for review and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record pursuant to Penson v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 83 (1988), discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel of record is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is AFFIRMED.
