U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 993 F.2d 228 (4th Cir. 1993) Submitted: March 29, 1993Decided: April 27, 1993

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Frank A. Kaufman, Senior District Judge. (CA-91-2792)

Larry Donnell Pharr, Appellant Pro Se. John Joseph Curran, Jr., Attorney General, Richard Bruce Rosenblatt, Assistant Attorney General, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee.

D. Md.

AFFIRMED.

Before LUTTIG, Circuit Judge, and BUTZNER and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

OPINION

Larry Donnell Pharr appeals from the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Pharr v. Nuth, No. CA-91-2792 (D. Md. Jan. 8, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
