Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 918 F.2d 173 (4th Cir. 1990) Submitted Oct. 29, 1990. Decided Nov. 19, 1990

Appeals from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Albert V. Bryan, Jr., Chief District Judge. (CA-90-1094-AM, CA-90-839-AM, CA-90-1095-AM, CA-90-1093-AM, CA-90-1165-AM, CA-90-1166-AM)

Larry Ray Johnson, appellant pro se.

E.D. Va.

DISMISSED.

Before WIDENER, PHILLIPS and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Larry Ray Johnson appeals from the district court's orders denying leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dismissing his five separate civil complaints. See Graham v. Riddle, 554 F.2d 133 (4th Cir. 1977). Our review of the records and the district court's opinions discloses that these appeals are without merit. Accordingly, we deny leave to appeal in forma pauperis and dismiss these appeals on the reasoning of the district court. Johnson v. Bair, CA-90-1094-AM; Johnson v. Gaddy, CA-90-839-AM; Johnson v. Murray, CA-90-1095-AM; Johnson v. Nurse Thompson, CA-90-1093-AM; Johnson v. Murray, CA-90-1165-AM; Johnson v. Asbury, CA-90-1166-AM (E.D. Va. Aug. 14, 1990; Aug. 28, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED.
