ORDER

For the reasons stated in Judge Ideman's Order Granting Defendant James Clark's Motion to Dismiss the Complaint, etc., dated March 18, 1988 and entered on March 25, 1988, we affirm both the district court's dismissal of the complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b) (6) and the sanctions levied personally against plaintiff's attorney Thomas E. Beck pursuant to Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
