ORDER

The judgment of the district court is affirmed for the reasons stated by Judge Henderson in his order of November 2, 1987 granting the defendants' motion to dismiss. The order cited controlling Ninth Circuit authority, Coats v. Woods, 819 F.2d 236 (9th Cir. 1987), and Peterson v. Babbit, 708 F.2d 465 (9th Cir. 1983).

There was no error in denying the appointment of counsel or the denial of plaintiff's motion for continuance.
