Michael Richard D'alessandro, Petitioner-appellant, v. John E. Wright, Director, Detention Center; Attorneygeneral of the State of Maryland, Respondents-appellees, 867 F.2d 608 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 867 F.2d 608 (4th Cir. 1989) Submitted: Nov. 23, 1988. Decided: Jan. 18, 1989

Michael Richard D'Alessandro, appellant pro se.

Before WIDENER, K.K. HALL and JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Michael Richard D'Alessandro seeks to appeal the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal, deny leave to proceed in forma pauperis, and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. D'Alessandro v. Wright, C/A No. 88-2034-S (D. Md. July 25, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively.

DISMISSED.
