Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 861 F.2d 265 (4th Cir. 1988) Submitted June 30, 1988. Decided Oct. 4, 1988

Ronnie Pegram, appellant pro se.

Joseph S. Bambacus, Bambacus & Parthemos, John Adrian Gibney, Jr. for appellees.

Before K.K. HALL, MURNAGHAN, and ERVIN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Ronnie Pegram appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Pegram v. Pilout, et al, CA-87-566-R (E.D. Va. Mar. 30, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
