ORDER

This court stayed proceedings in this case pending petitioner's application for legalization under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. The respondent has informed us that petitioner's status was adjusted to temporary resident alien under Section 210(a) (2) (A) of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

We dismiss the petition for review without prejudice to renewal. If the petitioner becomes subject to deportation pursuant to the order now under review, he may refile his petition for review. See Fuentes v. INS, No. 83-7662, slip op. at 4564 (9th Cir. April 19, 1988).
